Privacy information
The Systems Desk membership is sold through Whop: $79 a month before the System Apophis launch; from launch $149 a month for the first 20 new members (kept while subscribed), then $300. Pre-launch members keep $79. AlgosPaid itself takes no payments.
No forms, no accounts
This site has no signup form, waitlist or member login. It collects no email addresses, card information, payment authorization or broker credentials. Membership is purchased and managed on Whop, which has its own privacy policy.
Public browsing
The algorithm collection, public research, and public trade log do not require an AlgosPaid account. This application does not install advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Hosting and network providers may process ordinary request information. The operator must document actual retention, regional processing, and applicable privacy rights; this page does not claim that no request information is processed.
Read-only Nyx trade-log proxy
The browser requests the AlgosPaid trade-log endpoint. The server makes a read-only GET request to Nyx’s fixed public Cloudflare Pages feed at https://nqpaid.pages.dev/api/trades, validates the response, and relays only allowlisted System 01 closed-trade records and statistics. Open-position information is excluded. The proxy does not forward your browser cookies or authorization headers to Nyx and requires no broker credentials or Nyx webhook secret. It cannot submit orders or write to Nyx’s log. The upstream service and hosting providers may process ordinary server-request metadata.
External Nyx membership and community
Following a Nyx membership link takes you to Whop; following the Discord link takes you to Discord. TradingView access also involves a separate service. Those external services and the identified seller may process account, contact, payment, and usage information under their own policies. AlgosPaid has not verified their current terms, privacy arrangements, or refund policies. The local Stripe research backend does not receive or reconcile Nyx membership purchases or manage those external accounts.
Local research checkout, if enabled
The local Stripe research checkout is disabled by default. When approved offers are enabled, a request contains a research offer ID and a random request ID, which the browser retains in session storage for safe retries. Hosted Stripe checkout handles payment information; this app does not collect card numbers. The local order system records payment references and the approved offer, not customer names or email addresses from webhook payloads. The named seller can access customer details through Stripe for manual research fulfillment.
Local storage and credential boundaries
If local research commerce is enabled, Stripe and a dedicated Upstash database process purchase-related information. Financial references and order receipts persist for reconciliation and replay protection; they are not public evidence or execution entitlements. No broker or QuantNQ login credentials are requested by this storefront or needed in the browser for research review or the Nyx public feed. Local commerce provider secrets remain server-side.
Local commercial policy not finalized
This page describes implemented data flows, not a complete commercial privacy policy. Before enabling local research sales, the operator must publish the responsible legal entity, support/privacy contact, lawful bases, retention schedule, individual rights, provider arrangements, and jurisdiction-specific disclosures. Local commerce must remain disabled until that review is complete. This requirement neither verifies nor replaces the policies of Nyx’s external membership services, and it does not remove privacy obligations for public browsing.
External links are provided for review, not as verification of the seller’s current terms.
