Two separate billing paths
Nyx’s Systems Desk membership is handled externally through Whop. Bhav’s public featured research is free to review; any approved local paid research uses the separate Stripe checkout. AlgosPaid’s local research backend does not renew, cancel, refund, or fulfill the Nyx membership.

The displayed $79/month is source-listed. Confirm current billing, delivery, cancellation, and refund terms with the seller identified at Nyx’s external checkout before subscribing, and use the support channels identified there for membership questions. The free Nyx Discord is linked below for community access; it is not a promised refund-processing channel. External terms have not been verified by AlgosPaid. No trial, refund guarantee, or “no refunds” rule is asserted here.
Bhav’s free public evidence
No payment is required to inspect Bhav’s featured public research or the research archive. No paid product, delivery commitment, or refund policy is inferred from historical performance. Nyx membership is not required for that public research access.
Local research delivery, only when enabled
For an approved active research offer, the named seller verifies payment and manually reviews and fulfills only its disclosed research scope. A checkout return URL is not proof of successful payment or delivery. The purchase does not automatically send source code, create an account, or activate a trading bot. Use the seller and delivery details shown with the offer rather than assuming a delivery deadline.
A real local policy is required before sales
A complete commercial refund policy for local research sales has not been supplied with this implementation. Reviewed offer-specific terms must identify delivery timing, cancellation and refund procedures, failed fulfillment, consumer rights, contact information, and applicable deadlines before local payments are enabled. This page invents neither a refund guarantee nor a “no refunds” policy and does not limit statutory rights. It does not replace Nyx’s external terms.

If a local research offer is active, use its named seller’s support contact and published policy links for payment uncertainty, failed delivery, cancellation, or refund requests. The seller handles refunds and disputes with the payment provider.
